Black Lion Protective Services began in 2011 as a licensed Massachusetts watch, guard and patrol agency with a simple observation: property managers weren't getting what they paid for from security companies. Guards who didn't show up. Reports that never arrived. Companies that disappeared after the contract was signed.
We built our agency to be the opposite, and over a decade later, that's still what separates us. Every patrol is GPS-verified. Every shift produces a written, time-stamped report. Every client has a dedicated senior contact who knows their property, never a call center queue.
